The Compliance Officer attends all relevant conferences and courses, keeping everyone at our headquarters informed and up-to-date with legislation through regular meetings. Additionally, the role requires following best practice guides and handling any data related complaints or queries.

We also work with the DMA Compliance Unit and Legal & Public Affairs team, together with the Information Commissioner's Office, for the very latest guidance on compliance matters.
